The Exposure Agreement
Plain English. Read it fully before you sign.
- 1. Exposure only. ApplcoreEnt agrees to feature your submitted work on ApplcoreEnt.org to expose your talent to readers, producers, publishers, and collaborators worldwide. No payment is promised or implied for this exposure.
- 2. You keep your rights. You retain full ownership and copyright of every script, book, or piece of writing you post. ApplcoreEnt is not a publisher and does not claim any rights to your work.
- 3. If a deal lands. If a producer, studio, publisher, or partner reaches out because of this exposure and a deal is offered, payment and any commission or referral terms will be discussed and agreed to separately in writing before anything is signed. No default commission is taken.
- 4. Truthful representation. You confirm the work you post is yours (or you have the right to post it) and that nothing in it is stolen, plagiarized, or under an exclusivity deal that would block us from displaying it.
- 5. Leaving. You can ask us to take your work down at any time by emailing outdaway218@gmail.com. We'll remove it within a reasonable window.
- 6. No guarantees. Exposure is a real thing, but it isn't a promise of a deal, of readers, or of income. Sign because you want your work seen — not because you're expecting a paycheck.
